Where can I find product manuals and setup guides?

Can I update the firmware or software for my product?
EMM Labs & Meitner Audio firmware updates and performed by your local authorized dealer, the EMM Labs Factory and in some cases by customers.
Firmware updates for your streaming software (DV2i, DA2i, NS1, MA3, MA3i) can be done in the mConnect App.

Performing a network reset on DA2i & DV2i
Instructions to Reset the Network:
- Press the Menu button.
- Navigate to Reset Network
- Select Reset Network and confirm.
â ď¸ Important:
- Do not turn off the power during the reset process.
- Allow sufficient time for the network to complete the reset.
- Once the reset is finished, the system will return to the normal operating screen.

Performing a network reset on MA3i & MA3
Steps to Perform a Network Reset:
- Set the unit to Net Input mode.
- Adjust the volume to 50 or lower.
- Press and hold the Brightness LED (top button).
- The unit will display a prompt to perform a network reset.
â ď¸ Important:
- Select OK to initiate the reset.
- Do not restart the unit during the reset process.
- Allow sufficient time for the reset to complete.

Troubleshooting dropouts during Network playback on DV2i, DA2i, MA3i, MA3 & NS1
Ensure your network firmware is up to date by connecting your device to the MConnect app. Follow the instructions provided above to complete the process.
If a new update is available, MConnect will prompt you to perform the update upon opening the app.
If issues persist, try resetting your local network using the steps outlined earlier. Should the problem continue, please reach out to our customer support team at 403-225-4161 for further assistance.

How can I connect my external USB drive to my MA3i to play my music?
If your hard drive has an external power supply, you can connect it directly to the USB media port on the rear of the MA3i and use mConnect to access your files.
If you're using Roon, we suggest connecting the external hard drive to your Roon Core device (such as a Mac Mini, Roon Nucleus, etc.).
For an optimal setup, consider configuring your SSD as network-attached storage (NAS), allowing access via both Roon and mConnect.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, EMM Labs only ships to Canada and the USA from our online store.

When will my item ship?
At EMM Labs and Meitner Audio, every product is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. From the moment you place your order to the time your unit is prepared for shipment, the process typically requires approximately 5-10 business days. For MTRS and MTRX products, however, this process may take up to 20 days due to their specialized nature. This approach allows us to deliver products that reflect our commitment to excellence and unparalleled performance.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please take detailed photographs of the package and contact us immediately 403-225-4161 or support@emmlabs.com.
We may choose to begin a claim with the shipping provider. More details will be provided pending the extend of the damage after a consultation with our support team.
