EMM Labs & Meitner Audio Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. MTRS & MTRX are 10-20 business days.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Canada. If there is not a dealer in your region, please contact us for further assistance. Our shipping regions are subject to change.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your shipment status on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Important: Remotes are shipped without batteries due to shipping regulations.  

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team at support@emmlabs.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
