“The Warsaw Audio Show Reminded Us That a Dream Takes a Team.”
This year’s Audio Video Show 2025 was a true milestone for us at EMM Labs. We had the privilege of presenting a full reference system — our DA2i DAC, TXi CD Transport, PREi Preamp prototype, and MTRX2 V2 amplifiers — paired with Magico S5 loudspeakers and hosted by our wonderful partners at Dwa Kanaly, with the support of Ikigai Cables and Pink Faun Streaming.
The sound from this collaboration was among the best I have experienced at a trade show. The synergy of components filled the room with unbelievable realism and endless frequency extension (even shaking a roof tile loose... oops. The closed-eye grins, foot tapping, and even tears from one visitor proved that we accomplished our goal of delivering a musical experience that won’t soon be forgotten.
None of this would have been possible without our partners and friends. A dream truly takes a team, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who played a part — from the setup and fine-tuning, to the conversations shared with visitors who simply love music. I also want to thank Adam Mokrzycki and his team at the Audio Video Show for their passionate support of the audio community and for organizing such an extraordinary event, year after year.
Showcasing the collaborative creations of my family and our team is both an honour and a privilege that I don’t take lightly. We always strive to put our best foot forward, to be welcoming hosts, and to share our passion for music with authenticity and heart.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who made Warsaw such a meaningful and motivating experience. You remind us why we do what we do.

“Best of Show 2025”!
“Combining EMM Labs electronics with the Magico S5 loudspeakers felt like a match made in heaven. The system included the MTRX2 V2 1000W Class A/B monoblocks, the upcoming PREi preamplifier (set for release in 2026), the DA2i DAC, and the TXi CD transport. On paper, it looked impressive, but in reality? It was nothing short of spectacular.
From the first note, we recognized that unmistakable Magico DNA we’ve come to admire: crystal-clear transparency, lightning-fast speed, a holographic soundstage with cathedral-scale proportions, and a black background so silent that microdetails bloom effortlessly, even at moderate volumes.
The tonal balance was pure realism from top to bottom. Vocals had weight and humanity; the treble shimmered with air and finesse without ever crossing into sharpness. Dynamic swings hit with conviction, yet always stayed composed. And the bass… oh, Her Majesty – the Bass! It reached subterranean layers, pressurizing the nearly 200-square-meter room with ease, but never losing grip, texture, or speed.
It was a perfect division of labor: EMM Labs brought boundless headroom, control, and finesse, while Magico S5 translated that energy into scale, focus, and intimacy. Together, they delivered one of those rare big-room experiences that felt balanced, powerful, and emotionally complete. The kind of system that makes you forget the clock and miss your next appointment.
We found ourselves returning to that room again and again, drawn in like moths to a perfectly tuned flame. That alone says plenty about how inviting and effortlessly musical this setup was, from the very first note to the final fade-out.
In the bustling atmosphere of Warsaw’s National Stadium, surrounded by showstoppers vying for attention, the Magico S5 stood apart by offering something subtler, perfection through coherence. While systems like the Gryphon Kodo or Wilson Audio Alexx VFX impressed with sheer scale and spectacle, the S5 captivated with balance, precision, and maturity. It felt like a system designed not just to wow you for five minutes, but to live with, day after day, rediscovering music one note at a time.
Given the notoriously tricky acoustics of the stadium, the S5’s ability to maintain composure and musical integrity was nothing short of remarkable.
This combo earned a well-deserved spot on our “Best of Show” list, proving once again that true high-end audio doesn’t just dazzle the mind, it moves the heart. In a sea of contenders, the EMM Labs + Magico pairing didn’t shout the loudest. It simply did everything right and did it with soul.”

“I think I’m beginning to appreciate what these speakers can do when they are partnered with excellent electronics – it was clear the the MTRX2 V2 amps have power to spare (they’re a 1000W a channel) and controlled the Magico speakers very, very well. One of the sounds of the show for me…”

Warsaw Premiers and Triumphs by Jason Victor Serinus
“In my opinion, EMM Labs amplifiers are a sleeper pot of gold at the end of the audiophile rainbow. EMM's achievement in the amplification department is mighty and solid. A sure pairing with Magico S5 loudspeakers, EMM's DA2i DAC, TXi transport, PRE preamp, and MTRX2 V2 monoblock amplifiers sounded fabulous on "Duende" from the CD Black Light Syndrome by Bozzio Levin Stevens. Air was surprisingly excellent for CD, and midrange beauty, color, control, and speed were fabulous. I didn't expect CD to top high-rez streaming, but through the room's Pink Faun music server using Roon, it did. Look for forthcoming full length reviews of the EMM preamp and monoblocks, separately and combined.”

“It was easy to hear the pedigree of these components. Snappy, dynamic—did I say dynamic? I think I need a new word for this type of sound, given that this sense of instantaneous snap and start-stop immediacy right from the bass up through the midrange, even the highs, is so elusive at shows.”

“The AVS remains a clear favorite, not just for our editorial team but for pretty much everyone we talked to. Most of all, the Audio Video Show continues to be an event for everyone: the demanding audiophile gets their fix, while “normal” visitors come for the latest Bluetooth speakers and earbuds – and end up having their sonic horizons expanded by a six- or seven-figure setup.”
We couldn’t agree more Sebastian, we’ll certainly be back at AVS in 2026.
Warsaw Audio Video Show 2025 by Alan Sircom
“One of the nicer sounding rooms in the show – and one prepared to play more than just the standard audiophile musical options – Dwa Kanały’s larger room featured several prototype EMM Labs products alongside the mighty Magico S5…The EMM TXi CD transport fed the new DA2i DAC into the new PREi and MTRX2 V2 mono power amps. This was one of the most effortless and controlled sounding systems at the show, as reflected by the more varied musical being played. With the only colour coming from the dark wood and aluminium uprights of the Finite Elemente stands, this was also the ultimate in ‘none more black’ systems, perfect for playing some Spinal Tap…”
